Summary: Latitude vs. Weather

Max Temperature Graph

This project involved determining how proximity to the equator impacted weather. It looked at four different variables, which included cloudiness, max temperature, wind speed and humidity. This data was gathered from the OpenWeatherMap API. The data set collected data from 500 cities, of varying proximity to the equator.

I used MatPlotLib to visualize various aspects of weather and latitude. The compiled version of the data set and visualizations are included in this website. An analysis of these different scenarios, including any correlations, are contained here, as well.
